Location

The retreat center is across the street from The Local Pub's parking lot. You can park in front of the building and there is a spillover parking area to the building's right.

In the front area you can find a free water station and some other drinks for sale in a small shop. This is also where you'll remove shoes before heading into class or the changing room located in the hallway.

In the class room area there are yoga props that are available for use if you don't have your own. Everyone should have at least a yoga mat and one of the long pillows. You may also want to grab a block or two. The list of things available include:

• Light weights
